Exclusive

A. Exclusive. Buyers will have a first come first served shot at each image. They will have the chance to purchase it for more and have an image not shared with the other buyers. If this option is chosen the image will be removed from the site so no one else can see or download it. Exclusive repeats will, typically, range from $250.00 to $1500.00 depending on size, quality, originality and complexity of content. RepeatPatterns.com reserves the right to assess the price for your image.  This assessment will be emailed to you. If you agree to our assessment your image will be made available on our site. Upon payment the buyer has exclusive use of content with no time limit. The buyer assumes all responsibility and ownership of the pattern. If you are not comfortable with letting go of the creative rights to your image please do not choose this option. By making this option available to the buyer you agree (on submission of image) to give RepeatPatterns.com permission to make your submitted image available for sale online under these conditions.  See upload agreement for more information. If you present your submitted image in different color ways to the exclusive buy option, then keep in mind that all of the color ways submitted will be added into the sale. This does not necessarily mean that there will be a greater charge. It is advised to use the Royalty free stock option for color ways.

You may not resubmit an exclusively purchased pattern in a different color way for resale. This will be considered a breach in the agreement and may result in a ban from the site.

B. Royalty-free stock. If the buyer takes this choice then the image is no longer available as exclusive. With repeat buy the image will stay on the web and be sold for a price ranging from $1.00 to $45.00. Depending on size, quality, originality, indexed color and complexity of content. RepeatPatterns.com reserves the right to assess the price for your image. By making this option available to the buyer you agree (on submission of image) to give RepeatPatterns.com permission to make your submitted image available for sale online under these conditions. CONTRIBUTERS Artists and designers can opt for not giving the Exclusive option of sale.  Make the choice that you are most comfortable with. The choices will be on the submission form. Your submitted files will go through an approval stage where our submission team will check each image to make sure it passes the submission guidelines.  Please read this guide and make sure you understand it. You can remove any or all of your images at any time.
